5. Payment Terms

All fees for our services are due as specified at the time of booking. You agree to:

• Pay all charges associated with your use of the Service

• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Understand that prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing bookings

Refund policies will be disclosed at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellations.

Pet Care: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets in our care, we cannot guarantee that pets will not be injured, become ill, or escape. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are properly vaccinated and disclosing any health or behavioral issues.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willow Farms, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
